Marytown Celebrates 800 Years of the First Nativity Scene

Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation (JPIC) and The National Shrine of St. Maximilian Kolbe at Marytown celebrate eight centuries of the first Nativity scene created by St. Francis of Assisi!
Celebrate the Life, Light and Love of Christmas by visiting Marytown's beautiful outdoor Nativity scene through February 2, 2020. The celebration will continue during the Christmas seasons of 2021 and 2022, leading up to the 800th anniversary of the first Nativity scene created by St. Francis of Assisi in 1223.
